¨ A registration fee of $100.00 for each child is to be paid annually. This fee is nonrefundable after a family has been accepted.
¨ CFC requires a full month’s tuition deposit for the new school term be paid during open registration for new families and by June 1 for current families. This tuition deposit applies towards the month of May (the last month of school) and is nonrefundable for a student who has been accepted but withdraws from CFC before classes begin or during the school term.
¨ Payments are due on the first of each month from August 1 through April 1. If payment is not received by the fifth of the month, a $15 late fee is charged.
¨ Parents are responsible for purchasing textbooks and workbooks for each student.
Discounts
¨ Sibling Discounts - Discounts are already figured in the above tuition chart.
¨ West Towne Christian Church Member – Members of our host church (WTCC) receive a special 10% discount off tuition.
¨ Pre-Paid Annual Tuition – If tuition is paid in full by August 1, a $100 discount per family is given.
